Monty Winters, REALTOR®

After careers in teaching and counseling, as well as 18 successful years in the motion picture industry, Monty relocated to Coastal Carolina in 2006. Since then in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, he has been a consultant/coach in web design, SEO, Web 2.0, and social media marketing for many top producing companies along the Carolina Coast.

A die hard geek, Monty is our internet marketing guru and Web 2.0 expert. His passion for exploiting the power of the internet, combined with his intuitive insight into adapting to our ever-changing business climate, provides Coastal with a tremendous advantage when it comes to maximizing results for our clients, whether it be buyers, sellers, or investors.

With respect to the newly formed Coastal Real Estate Consultants staff, Monty is extremely proud of the team. “Each individual brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as a unique gift that sets them apart in our company. Monty grew up as a child in the Hawaiian islands, so the laid back coastal lifestyle is in his blood. There is also a driven side to Monty as demonstrated by his many successful years in football as a player, and as a coach. A dedicated father, friend, and business colleague, Monty believes our ultimate success in life can only come thru assisting and helping others. “The sooner we realize and focus on our unity and connection as opposed to our differences, the sooner we can change the world for the better.”
